a. Color Data and Images

ColorCam allows you to capture colors using your camera or select colors from images in your photo library.

All color data and images are processed and stored locally on your device.

We do not upload or transmit any color data or images to external servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Since ColorCam does not collect or store any personal data, there is no data to use, analyze, or share. All color information and history remain on your device for your personal use only.

3. Third-Party Access

ColorCam does not share your data with any third parties. We do not use any third-party services that could collect or process your personal data.

4. Data Storage and Security

All color data and settings are stored locally on your device.

Since no data is transmitted over the internet, there is no risk of interception or unauthorized access from external parties.

If you delete the App, all stored data (including color history and palettes) will be deleted permanently from your device.

5. Permissions

ColorCam may request the following permissions to function properly:

Camera Access – To allow you to capture colors directly from your camera.

Photo Library Access – To allow you to select and extract colors from existing images.

These permissions are only used for the intended purpose and are not shared or stored externally.

ColorCam is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
